Conflict is inevitable. No matter how we choose to avoid conflict it always seems to find its way in our personal and business lives.  Mediation is Voluntary, Confidential and proven to work as the most informal alternative disputes resolution. 

More and more people use mediation because it works. In fact, we can't think of a more effective way to solve any dispute.

Mediation creates an atmosphere in which participants gain understanding, begin to be understood and ultimately work together to explore options of resolution - sometimes seeing things from a different perspective

As an effective Mediation Consultant, we have an understanding of how to create solutions to resolve conflict; we strive to always address the main fundamental issue and can change the dynamics of workplace communications in a positive way.

As a mediator, I will bring negotiation, problem-solving and communication skills to the process of resolving conflict, which is always deployed from a position of independence and neutrality.

Mediation is effective as people work out their own agreements with the mediator's support. It can be quick and takes less time than litigation. Often cases are resolved in a matter of hours, rather than years, like in litigation. Mediation is empowering as a skilled and experienced mediator is assisting you to reach your own solutions, you are the master of your own destiny throughout the mediation process.    The costs associated with mediation are just for our time as the mediator.
